Healthy relationships are the number one predictor of happiness and good health. Studies show that people who have strong and connected relationships live longer and are more protected against stress, depression and a decline in memory and language.

Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space where you and your partner can work through difficulties, heal from past hurts, and learn to transform unhealthy relationship dynamics into opportunities for better communication, increased respect, greater vulnerability, and deeper connection. 

With a compassionate, non-judgmental and directive approach, I am dedicated to helping couples rediscover the joy in their relationship. I practice with an orientation towards Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
