I work with people who are entering therapy for the first time or who have already been in therapy for years. Our work together will be a collaborative exploration to understand your full story in the context of your relationships and environment, so that we can determine the core patterns of behavior that are blocking your full potential.

We will explore what it means to be you, to be human in this world, and to be in relation with others and your surroundings. We’ll make sense of who you are and invite opportunities for deep healing and long lasting change.

My work is trauma informed and liberation based. I integrate Western psychological theory and evidence-based methods with Eastern philosophy and mindfulness practices.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, intuitive, collaborative and active. I am known to challenge my clients, highlight where they’re stuck, and be a champion for their transformation.
